    I’ve been on it for 1 month and have lost 15lbs. I can see where too much beef, eggs etc. can be detrimental but fish and chicken are a good ”fill in” also. I also found (like any diet) exercising plays a BIG role in it. Also, there are a LOT of recipes on line that help with the protein issues. As for doing this for a long term, everyday thing...no. But it has taught me how to eat better. Thanks for the info though, Monique! 😘
